This is the all-new 2019 Mercedes-Benz A220 with 4MATIC all-wheel drive. It’s a small luxury sedan with room for four passengers. This car’s job is to bring younger buyers into the Mercedes-Benz family. 

The A-Class sedan comes as either as an A220 model or a performance-tuned AMG A35 model, each equipped with a turbocharged 4-cylinder engine. The A220 starts at $32,500, but our test car is equipped with the 4MATIC all-wheel drive system and lots of extra niceties, driving the price up to almost $52,000.
