The final members of the 2015 Honda Civic family will arrive in dealerships this month, with the 2015 Honda Civic Hybrid expected to go on sale November 5, offered at an MSRP of $24,735, and the 2015 Honda Civic Natural Gas set to launch November 19 and starting from $26,740. That pricing represents a bump of $100 for both vehicles, and while they otherwise carry over unchanged from the 2014 model year, they each provide a fairly robust list of standard features, including:
But what really sets the 2015 Honda Civic Hybrid and Natural Gas models apart from the crowd are their powertrains. Each provides its own distinct environmental advantages, starting with the 2015 Honda Civic Hybrid that can achieve EPA marks of 44 mpg city/47 mpg highway/45 mpg combined. It's also the only compact hybrid sedan from a mainstream automaker, and although VW does offer a hybrid Jetta, the 2015 Honda Civic Hybrid offers the exact same combined EPA rating but with a nearly $3,000 pricing advantage.
As for the 2015 Honda Civic Natural Gas, it can ring up fuel-efficiency grades of 27 mpg city/38 mpg city/31 mpg combined, and it does so while running on compressed natural gas instead of gasoline. Remember, too, that the CNG-powered Civic will be available in 37 U.S. states for the 2015 model year to help widen its appeal.
The rest of the 2015 Honda Civic roster, of course, is on sale already.
