Vincentric Also Honors Buick Enclave
The 2014 Buick Encore seems to be living up to its name with the value experts at Vincentric.com. After the company honored the Encore as Best Overall Value of the Year (BOVY) in its segment in 2013, during the vehicle's first selling season, the premium compact crossover recently made it two in a row with a second BOVY Award. The annual awards program began in 2004, with rankings based on a wide range of cost factors that are analyzed using advanced statistical modeling.
The BOVY bottom line for the 2014 Buick Encore: "Following a strong performance as a first-year vehicle last year, the Encore delivered the lowest depreciation, insurance, repairs, and fuel costs to generate the lowest cost-of-ownership in its class."
Then, making this year's BOVY Awards a family affair, the large and lux sibling of the 2014 Buick Encore, the three-row Buick Enclave, also earned Best Overall Value recognition from Vincentric: "With the lowest depreciation and insurance rates in its class and competitive costs for repairs, maintenance, and fuel, the Enclave relegates competitors from prestigious brands such as Audi, BMW, and Lincoln to the 'next best' category."
Said Lauren Indiveri of Buick Communications: “The all-new Encore and redesigned Enclave have been well received by consumers and the media. They both offer a sleek design and a comfortable ride in two different-sized packages to fit various lifestyles.”
