2014 BMW 328d Receives EPA Rating

BMW's second coming of diesel vehicles is begining with the introduction of the 2014 328d, which trades in a six-cylinder for a new four-cylinder. While it gives up some performance that the six-cylinder brought, the new engine should bring increased fuel economy. This past week, the EPA posted the numbers for the 328d varients. Those include a rear and all-wheel drive sedan and an all-wheel drive wagon. The fuel economy ratings are as follows:

• 328d: 32 City/45 Highway/37 Combined
• 328d xDrive: 31 City/43 Highway/35 Combined
• 328d xDrive Wagon: 31 City/43 Highway/35 Combined
