Have you considered a Dodge Charger SRT and either realized you don't quite have enough money to get one and/or want one with just the basics? Well SRT has a solution for either problem with the 2013 Charger SRT Super Bee.
The Charger SRT Super Bee has a very distinctive exterior. Up front, there is a split crosshair grille finished in Gloss Black with a special SRT badge that has a 3-D helmeted bee mascot. The side has 392 HEMI badges on the front fenders, twenty-inch cast-aluminum wheels, and the legendary Super Bee graphics on the rear fenders. Inside, the Super Bee loses out on some of the luxuries such as navigation. What it does get are supportive seats with the Super Bee logo stitched in.
Power comes from a 6.4L HEMI V8 with 470 horsepower and 470 pound-feet of torque. A five-speed automatic transmission is your only transmission choice, though you can order paddle shifters. Performance stats are staggering: 0-60 MPH can be reached in the high four seconds with a top speed of 175 MPH. To help bring the Charger SRT Super Bee to a stop, there is a set of large, four-piston Brembo brakes.
The EPA rates the 2013 Charger SRT Super Bee at 14 City/23 Highway/17 Combined.
A 2013 Dodge Charger SRT Super Bee will set you back $41,995. Competitors to the Charger SRT Super Bee include the Ford Taurus SHO and Hyundai Genesis 5.0 R-Spec.
